When an order is placed with Herbal Circle you are agreeing to the purchase subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
 

1. AVAILABILTY OF VARIOUS PRODUCTS

If a line of products is temporarily or no longer available, we will notify you of any variation between what has been ordered and what is available and seek your direction.

 

2. THE AGREEMENT TO SELL AND PURCHASE HERBAL CIRCLE PRODUCTS

There is no agreement to sell or purchase products unless you have been notified by Herbal Circle that it has accepted the order.

 

3. DESPATCH

Your order will be as expeditiously as possible, most usually within 1 week after acceptance of the order, unless due to unavailability of ingredients, where it can take up to 3 weeks. Australia Post is most often the carrier for delivery of orders.

 

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law

   a) All warranties in relation to our products and service are excluded and

   b) We will not be responsible for any liability incurred by you or any other person, including without limitation, damages,        loss, costs consequential or indirect loss arising from or in any way connected with our products, service or this        website.

5. GOVERNING LAW

Our products, service this website and any agreement including these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
