	Q1.	I have a very sensitive skin and get allergic reactions to most commercial soaps and beauty products. Can I safely use your products?
	A.	We have many customers with your experiences. As our products are scented only with essential oils and contain no harmful chemicals or preservatives, they can be used in most cases, on the most sensitive skins. Allergic reactions usually occur due to artificial fragrances and preservatives. However, a patch test is recommended as all skins are different. We do avoid common natural allergens, such as lanolin & alcohol, and to date we have had no customers with allergic reactions to our products.

	Q2.	How long do your products last?
	A.	Shelf life is up to 2 years, if kept out of direct sunlight & storage instructions are followed. Once a product is opened, moisturisers should be used within 9-12 months, oils & butters within 2 years.

	Q3.	How fast is delivery?
	A.	Once an order is received, we do our best to send away the order within 1 week. However, if a product is not in stock, due to unavailable ingredients, it may take up to 3 weeks. We do pride ourselves on customer service, so please, if you have any queries, do not hesistate to call.

	Q4.	Can I use your products on my children?
	A.	Most products are suitable for children. Only products containing Rosemary essential oil should be avoided with young children and in pregnancy.
